Privacy and Collection of Personal Information
LoveBuzz (the developer of this app and a business name of Tim White) do not collect, store, use or share any information, personal or otherwise, other than in the course of any customer service queries.
The app - Knowte Transcribe - utilizes OpenAI API calls to transcribe your audio to text and transform that audio recording to formatted text. See OpenAI's privacy policy here - https://openai.com/enterprise-privacy/
LoveBuzz never has access to that audio, nor the text generated or your API Key. All data is sent from your device to OpenAI and back again, never to any other party.
The app collects the audio and text data and your API key for the sole purpose of communicating to OpenAI for the functionality of the app. This data is accessed by OpenAI's systems for the purpose of transcription and formatting of that text and is not permanently stored by OpenAI and never available to LoveBuzz. The API key is linked to your user account with OpenAI for billing purposes, but not linked in any way by LoveBuzz and it is never sent to LoveBuzz
Email
If you email the developer for support or other feedback, the emails with email addresses will be retained for quality assurance purposes. The email addresses will be used only to reply to the concerns or suggestions raised and will never be used for any other purpose.
Disclosure of Personal Information
We will not disclose your information to any third party except if you expressly consent or where required by law.
